Registered Nurse (RN) / Clinical Documentation Expert

Work Mode: Remote

Openings: 3

Commitment: 4–5 hours/day

Pay Rate: ₹2,000–₹3,000/hour

Project Start: Immediate

We are looking for experienced US Registered Nurses (RNs) to support an enterprise healthcare AI evaluation project involving clinical review, AI testing, error analysis, and refinement.

Required Expertise

Medical Record Synthesis & Chart Review

Discharge Summary & Discharge Workflows

Shift Handoff / I-PASS

Triage & Referral Triage

In-Basket Management

Pre-Visit Preparation

Medication Reconciliation

EHR Documentation

US healthcare experience is mandatory. Candidates should have relevant inpatient or outpatient clinical experience.
