We are looking for RCM Manager from 9 to 12 years of Experience

Job Essentials :

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a managerial or people-management role.
- Minimum 9 years of comprehensive experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Strong expertise in end-to-end RCM operations, including charge entry, payment posting, accounts receivable (AR) management, and AR analysis.
- Proven experience in managing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational efficiency and achieve business objectives.
- Demonstrated experience in client relationship management, including handling client calls, business reviews, meetings, and skilled email communication.
- Ability to effectively manage teams, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of operational and client requirements.
