- Team handling experience.

- Lead and manage a team of business development executives and counselors.

- Set targets, monitor team performance, and provide guidance for improvement.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and corporate client.

- Collaborate with marketing to execute lead generation and promotional campaign.

- Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to management..
