Key Responsibility :

- Technical Induction

- Technical skill up gradation

- Develop training modules based on inputs from technical teams

- Identification of On-the-Job trainers

- Train the trainer

- Facilitate TCI / DCI implementation through effective module development

- Liaison with internal / external training institutes

- Training need identification

- Measuring training effectiveness

- Training calendar and plan

- Maintaining training material repository

- Knowledge up gradation technology

- Technical training resource and infrastructure availability

- Technical material library set-up

Qualification: Any Graduate

Skills:

- Good communication

- Robust mix of people and process skills

- Experts in T & D functions like employees Training, Technical Induction
