We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented General Manager to lead overall business operations, drive growth, and ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage day-to-day business operations.
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
- Lead and coordinate various departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Drive business growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate team members.
- Monitor performance and establish transparent operational targets.

- Prepare and present operational and business performance reports to management.

Candidate Profile:





- Proven experience in a General Manager, Operations Manager, or senior management role.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong business planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage teams and handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Results-driven approach with a strong focus on business growth.
- Candidates with relevant industry experience will be preferred.
