Position: Field Sales Executive – FMCG / Rice Distribution

Location: Kolkata & West Bengal

Experience: 2–5 years preferred

We are looking for an energetic and responsible Field Sales Executive to join our growing Basmati Rice distribution business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Regularly visit existing distributors and retailers
- Take and follow up on orders
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors
- Reactivate inactive distributors and increase order frequency
- Develop new distributors and market opportunities
- Follow up on outstanding payments and collections
- Report daily market visits, orders and customer feedback
- Cover assigned areas regularly and systematically

Candidate Profile:

- Candidate with experience in FMCG / Rice / Food / Grocery distribution preferred




- Good knowledge of the Kolkata market
- Robust communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable with extensive field work
- Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving licence
- Candidates with existing distributor/retailer relationships will be preferred

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Travel Allowance + Performance Incentives Salary will depend on experience and capability.
