About the Role

Reflab Cooling India is looking for a skilled and hands-on Water Treatment & Process Design Engineer to support the design, development, execution, and commissioning of industrial water-treatment and process systems. The role will cover RO and complete WTP solutions, process skids, pumping, filtration, dosing, piping, instrumentation, and associated utility systems.

Key Responsibilities

· Design and develop RO, DM, DI, UF, softener, multimedia filtration, activated carbon filtration, and other water-treatment systems.

· Prepare process P&ID;, GA drawings, BOM and specs.

· Perform process calculations, pump sizing, hydraulic calculations, pressure-drop estimation

· Select membranes, filters, dosing systems, piping process instrumentation.

· Coordinate mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, PLC/HMI, VFD, and control-panel requirements.

· Supervise installation,



testing, commissioning, and site execution.

· Prepare O&M; manuals, inspection reports, and project handover documents.

Qualification & Experience

· B.E. / B.Tech./ Diploma / MSC in Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental / Relevant experience

· 0 – 4 years

We are looking for an engineer who can understand complete water-treatment systems, develop practical engineering solutions, coordinate technical procurement, supervise execution, and independently resolve most technical issues from design to commissioning.
