Role & responsibilities

Administer daily work distribution among team members as per priority and customer requirements.

- Manage the team proactively by optimizing the departmental performance.
- Ensure 5S of the unloading/loading zones
- Manage the absenteeism within the specified target.
- • Report departmental KPIs, any deviation, reasons for gaps and counter measures to management.

Work Location: Savli,Vadodara-Gujarat Shift details: Rotational shift (Sunday week-off)

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma / Graduate preferred

Basic knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office
