Manage daily warehouse operations and logistics activities.

Oversee inbound/outbound shipments and ensure timely distribution.

Maintain accurate inventory levels and stock records.

Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality and company standards.

Supervise Warehouse staff and support performance efficiency.

Prepare operational reports and support cost control initiatives.

Drive process improvements in warehouse functions.

Conducting monthly Physical stock take and reconciling the same with stock registers.

Managing inventory levels to prevent shortage or excess stock.

Conducting day-to-day inventory planning for managing the inventory needed.

Responsible for making in SAP Purchase Order,



GRN, Goods Issue, Transfer Posting, Dispatch related documents, i.e. Invoice, E-way bill and LR.

Must be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with a robust ability to prepare reports, maintain data accuracy, and analyse warehouse performance

Maintain Bin Card and cold room Temperature reports.

Responsible for Vehicle Inspections, Material segregation, packing and shipping the consignment.

Coordinate with the Maintenance Team on any maintenance work needed in the warehouse.
