Warehouse Officer – Pharma

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations for RM, PM and finished goods.
- Receive, verify and arrange Raw Materials (RM), Packaging Materials (PM) and Finished Goods.
- Maintain proper storage, identification and segregation of materials.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed.
- Maintain warehouse records, stock registers and material documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, QC and Purchase departments for material requirements.
- Ensure proper issuance and transfer of materials as per approved documents.
- Monitor stock levels and support physical stock verification/reconciliation.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, cleanliness and safety of the warehouse.
- Follow GMP,



SOPs and pharmaceutical storage requirements.
- Handle material status identification such as Quarantine, Approved and Rejected.
- Report discrepancies, damages, shortages and other warehouse-related issues to the concerned senior.

Qualification: B.Pharm / D.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc / Diploma or relevant qualification Experience: Fresher / 1–3 Years
