Both side Cab facility available depending on your location

Rotational Shift and Week-off

Role & responsibilities

- Handle customer queries via voice and non-voice channels in a blended process.
- Provide prompt and accurate resolution to customer concerns with excellent communication skills.
- Deliver high-quality customer service while meeting process KPIs and SLAs.
- Work in night shifts, rotational shifts, and rotational week-offs as per business requirements.
- Maintain professionalism, customer satisfaction, and process compliance at all times.

Preferred candidate profile

- Undergraduate Freshers are also eligible.
- Preferred 6 months to 1 year of experience in International Process
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working in night shifts, rotational shifts, and rotational week-offs.
- Willingness to work in a blended voice process.

No Walkin drive on Saturday and Sunday Additionally, please carry your Aadhar card with you and mention Claims Process on your CV.
