- Leverage various recruitment channels and tools to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Conduct reference checks and coordinate background verification activities.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Track and report recruitment progress and key hiring metrics.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging recruitment trends.
