- Packing Operator

- Operate and monitor packing machines used for dairy and ice cream products.
- Perform machine setup, changeovers, and routine cleaning.
- Ensure proper sealing, packaging quality, and production targets.
- Follow GMP, hygiene, and food safety standards.

2. Mechanical Maintenance
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machinery.
- Troubleshoot mechanical faults in pumps, motors, conveyors, and gearboxes.
- Conduct equipment inspections, lubrication, and component replacement.
- Ensure minimum machine downtime and protected equipment operation.

3. Refrigeration Operator
- Operate and monitor industrial refrigeration systems and compressors.
- Maintain required temperature and pressure parameters.
- Monitor refrigerant levels, cooling systems, and plant performance.
- Perform routine inspections and report abnormalities.

- Follow electrical safety and lockout/tagout procedures.

8. Shift Executive
- Supervise daily production activities and manpower allocation.
- Monitor production targets, quality, yield, and process parameters.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Utilities teams.
- Maintain shift production reports and ensure adherence to SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety, and workplace safety standards.

9. Cone Operator
- Operate and monitor ice cream cone filling and production machines.
- Ensure proper cone feeding, ice cream filling, and product weight.
- Monitor machine settings, product quality, and production speed.
- Perform routine cleaning, machine changeovers, and minor troubleshooting.
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and production standards.
