Role & responsibilities :-
- Handle customer calls and understand their requirements.
- Help customers with their matrimony profiles and services.
- Explain membership plans and promote paid services.
- Make follow-up calls to existing and new customers.
- Solve customer queries and provide proper support.
- Build good relationships with customers.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer details and call records.
- Coordinate with the team to resolve customer issues.
- Provide valuable customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Preferred candidate profile:-
- Mininum 1 years of experience in Sales / Telesales / BPO.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with calling and sales targets.
- Customer-focused and positive attitude.
- Marathi preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
