Role : HVAC (thermal) coordinator

We are looking for a Thermal Coordinator responsible for coordinating site activities, order execution, material procurement, delivery, installation, billing, documentation, and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate site visits, enquiries, BOQ collection, quotations, negotiations, and Sales Order (SO) processing.
- Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Vendors, Logistics, Installation, and Accounts teams for smooth project execution.
- Plan and coordinate material procurement, delivery, installation, and site readiness.
- Monitor work progress, manpower allocation, installation schedules, and project completion.
- Handle invoice submission, billing/payment follow-up, DC acknowledgement, and documentation.
- Maintain SO, delivery, installation, HOD, FSR, CRM, and Excel trackers.




- Ensure SLA adherence and timely closure of pending SOs.
- Coordinate buyback material collection and required documentation.
- Communicate effectively with customers and collect post-installation feedback.

Education & Technical Requirements

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant technical qualification.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC / Thermal systems.

- Working knowledge of
- AC & AHU

- Chillers

- VRF / VRV Systems

- PAC
- Ducting & Duct Systems

- HVAC installation and commissioning
- Good knowledge of BOQ preparation, site coordination, material planning, and project execution.
- Valuable communication, coordination, negotiation, and MS Excel skills.
- Relevant experience in HVAC / Thermal / MEP industry will be preferred.
