Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare tax returns (IT Returns) for individuals and businesses.
- Ensure compliance with all tax laws, regulations, and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and tax-related documents.
- Provide excellent customer support to clients through phone calls, emails, or meetings.
- Collaborate with international teams to resolve complex tax issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-5 years of experience in back office operations or related field.
- Robust understanding of taxation principles, including direct taxes (income tax) and indirect taxes (VAT).
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high accuracy standards.
