Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Structural Engineering and Design team.

- Review and approve structural designs, drawings, calculations, and engineering documents.

- Plan and supervise structural engineering activities for industrial, commercial, infrastructure, and steel structure projects.

- Ensure structural designs comply with relevant IS Codes, international standards, project specifications, and safety requirements.

- Coordinate with Civil, Architecture, MEP, Procurement, Construction, and Project Management teams.

- Review structural analysis, load calculations, foundation requirements, connection details, and design methodologies.

- Monitor project progress, engineering deliverables, and design schedules.

- Provide technical guidance to engineers and resolve complex structural design and site-related issues.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.

- Review and approve GA drawings, fabrication drawings, shop drawings,



erection drawings, and structural calculations.

- Ensure constructability and cost-effectiveness of structural designs.

- Conduct technical reviews and identify potential design risks and corrective actions.

- Support project estimation, tendering, and technical proposal activities when required.

- Monitor structural fabrication and erection activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

- Conduct site visits and provide technical solutions for structural execution issues.

- Ensure proper documentation and maintain engineering standards and procedures.

- Mentor and develop structural engineers and technical team members.

- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and statutory requirements.Role & responsibilities
