Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Trainer / Process Trainer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for training new hires, improving communication and process knowledge, and enhancing overall team performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct induction and process training for new employees
- Deliver product, sales, customer support, and soft skills training
- Prepare training modules, presentations, and assessment materials
- Monitor trainee performance and provide coaching and feedback




- Conduct refresher training sessions to improve productivity and quality
- Identify training needs and implement improvement plans
- Maintain training reports, attendance, and performance records
- Support operations teams in achieving KPIs and business targets

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduate with 1-4 years of experience as a Process Trainer (International Experience will be preferred)
- Solid communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage batches and engage trainees effectively
- Target-oriented and performance-driven mindset
- Immediate joiners preferred
