Role & responsibilities

- Patient Care & Vitals: Monitor vital signs, administer prescribed medications/IVs, and assist doctors during exams and procedures.

- Care Planning: Develop care plans, track patient progress, and report changes in condition to the attending physician.

- Wound & Line Care: Perform wound dressings, handle catheters/drains, and maintain hygiene standards.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate patient charts and digital medical records (EHR).

- Patient Education: Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and medication schedules.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: B.Sc. Nursing

- Registration: Valid registration with the Nursing Council.

- Key Skills: Clinical competence, emergency response, patient empathy, robust communication, and readiness for rotational shifts.
