Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled System Administrator and Manager with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience to manage, maintain, and secure our IT infrastructure.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in system administration, network management, team coordination, and firewall security, with specific experience in Sophos Firewall.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

- Manage and maintain servers, systems, networks, and other IT infrastructure.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Sophos Firewall and related security solutions.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and VLAN.
- Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement timely resolutions.
- Ensure IT infrastructure security and follow cybersecurity best practices.




- Stay updated on emerging IT technologies, cybersecurity trends, and industry best practices.
- Coordinate and provide technical guidance to the IT support team.
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is preferred.
- Demonstrate strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain explicit technical documentation and communicate effectively with users and stakeholders.
- Willingness and flexibility to work in night shifts aligned with US business hours.
