Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment activities

Source, screen, and coordinate candidates with clients

Manage multiple requirements and ensure timely closures

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Track recruitment performance and maintain reports

Mentor and support team members to improve hiring efficiency

Required Skills:

Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment

Expertise in sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, networking & referrals

Good stakeholder and client management skills

Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment

Prior experience in recruitment consultancy or staffing firms preferred
