Position: International Semi-Voice Process Executive

Experience: 6 Months 5 Years

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer interactions through voice and non-voice channels such as calls, chats, and emails.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
- Maintain a skilled and customer-focused approach during interactions.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests effectively.
- Maintain process quality and meet defined productivity and performance targets.
- Follow company policies, process guidelines, and compliance requirements.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.

Candidate Requirements
- 6 months to 5 years of relevant experience in an International Voice / Semi-Voice / International Customer Support process.
- Candidates with relevant international customer support experience will be preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.




- Comfortable handling customer interactions over voice and non-voice channels.
- Must be willing to work in Night and Graveyard shifts.
- Should be flexible with rotational shifts and weekly offs.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
