Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Tele caller join our growing IT business, in Gravity. In this hybrid role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective. Your primary goals are to generate qualified leads through high-volume outbound calling and prepare accurate project quotations, manage critical backend sales documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- High-Volume Calling: Make 50 to 60 outbound calls per day to prospective clients.
- Lead Generation: Identify decision-makers, qualify leads, and pitch Gravitys IT services.
- Quotation Preparation: Create detailed and accurate financial quotes based on client requirements.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule sales meetings and product demos for technical consultants.
- Service Pitching: Explain IT solutions clearly( Basic) to non-technical decision-makers.
- Database & CRM Management: Maintain flawless, up-to-date records of call outcomes and sent quotations.
- Follow-ups:



Persistently track sent proposals and warm prospects to drive conversions.
- Target Achievement: Meet weekly and monthly lead-generation and document-turnaround targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: High school diploma or bachelors degree in CS field.
- Experience: 12 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, BPO, or sales operations.
- IT Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT services (software, cloud, web development, or tech support) is preferred.
- Math & Detail Oriented: Solid analytical skills and high accuracy in using Excel for pricing sheets.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and objection-handling skills.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office (Word, Excel), and basic communication tools.
- Efficiency: Proven ability to balance heavy phone time with desk-based documentation tasks.
