Job Role: International Voice Process

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle customer calls from international clients (U.S. & Australia)
- Assist customers with product and service-related queries
- Resolve issues efficiently and professionally
- Manage both inbound and outbound calls

Skills Required:

- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Solid logical reasoning and analytical skills
- Ability to handle customer interactions confidently
- Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts (U.S. shifts)

Salary & Benefits:

- 18,000 33,000 per month (based on interview performance & experience)
