Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls and provide accurate information and assistance.
- Understand customer queries and guide them with the required information.
- Ensure a positive and professional customer experience.
- No Sales | No Sales Targets

Required Skills

- Fluency in any 2 languages: Hindi / Bengali.
- Ability to translate or communicate information effectively from English into the required languages.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Active listening and customer-handling skills.




- Skilled and customer-focused approach.

Qualification

- Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary) and above.

Work Location Sector V, Kolkata - Near Webel More

Shift Details

1. Male Candidates:

- 247 Operations
- Any rotational 9-hour shift

2.Female Candidates:
- Operational window: 7:00 AM 8:00 PM
- Any rotational 9-hour shift

Working Days

- 6 Days Working
- 1 Day Rotational Week Off

Compensation CTC: 13.4K per month
