Role Summary : The HR Team Member will be a critical anchor for our talent acquisition and on-boarding. This role demands a proactive individual who can balance the art of recruitment with the structured execution e.g. planning the selection process : with Org. Cart, JD, MRF, monitoring the interview panels, and subsequent tasks till the incumbent joins. . Following is the list of his Key Responsibilities, which of course is illustrative in nature and an exhaustive one:

1. Selection & Recruitment

- With help of the HR Team at Pune, he will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to final interviews and offer negotiations.
- Collaborate with other colleagues to understand technical hiring needs.
- Utilize various platforms (job portals,



referrals) to maintain a robust talent pipeline.

2. Onboarding & Employee Integration

- Design and facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for the new hires.
- Coordinate the documentation, background verification, and IT asset allocation for joiners.
- Act as the primary point of contact to ensure new employees feel welcomed and culturally integrated.

Candidate Profile

- Experience: Minimum 4 years of proven experience in talent-acquisition roles
- Education: M. Com. MPM or MBA-HR is preferred :
- Candidates with a Dip. In Electrical Engg. + MBA will be highly preferred.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Marathi and Hindi, is a must.
- Soft Skills: Good interpersonal skills, Empathetic, Must be confidant of the Top Mgt.
- Systems knowledge: Familiarity with Advance Excel, Easy HR, ODDO.
