1. Receive record and check on the heavy stained linen before sending linen to

laundry.
1. Receive record and check on the linen from laundry and arrange properly on

the shelves.
1. Issue of Linen to floors as per requisition and record on the same.
2. Ensure that linen is properly stored and recorded.
3. Report for any discrepancies.
4. Report for any misuse of linen.
5. Ensure a clean and tidy linen room at all time.
6. Physically check and inventory of linen on floor.
7. Surprise check and audits on linen on floors and submit report.
8. Coordinate with laundry and floor for the correct transaction of linen.
9. Submission of MIS on monthly basis on condemn linen as desired and keep a

stock.
1. Check on issue operations within all departments and laundry.
2. Endure the correct requisitions of linen based on the patient count.
3. Management of outsourced agencies.
4. Ensure strict adherence to HIC protocols.
5. Ensure strict adherence to disinfection of all surface and material needs.
6. Update and maintain inventory of the hospital assets and coordinate with the

concern department. Skills Good communication skills, Leadership skills, inventory management,

interdepartmental coordination.

Job Summary Supervise and allocate the work to Housekeeping Staff

Job Profile

- Ensure all the HK & GDA staff are present, take briefing from outgoing shift supervisor e. g. room status, pending work, patient request/complaints and relieve the outgoing shift team
- Brief the team regarding the work schedule, distribution of work (General

Responsibilities)

- Brief the team for the routine jobs, allocate the work according to the schedule
- Go through the complaint register and coordinate with helpdesk to resolve the complaints and keep time track on the RUNNER
- Ensure that Stock register, Store room & control room keys and Shift mobile are physically handed over to the incoming shift supervisor.
- Carry out regular monitoring of the areas & staff, checklists are followed religiously, schedule cleaning
- To ensure proper segregation and disposal of BMW and general waste &

follow routine and special cleaning schedules and train the staff regularly

Experience Minimum 2-5 Years.
