About the Role

MB Sons Jewellers is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Recruiter to join our team at our C-Scheme showroom/office in Jaipur. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment process to hire top talent across luxury sales, showroom management, inventory operations, artisan coordination (karigars), and back-office functions.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, interview, and short-list qualified candidates for retail counter sales, store managers, back-office executives, and operational support staff.
- Channel Sourcing: Utilize local recruitment portals (Naukri, Indeed, Job Hai, Apna), social media, local networking, and recruitment agencies to build a robust talent pipeline.




- Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with management and department heads to understand headcount requirements, define job roles, and map hiring timelines.
- Interview Scheduling & Assessment: Conduct preliminary HR screening calls, schedule face-to-face interviews, evaluate candidates on communication skills, luxury retail etiquette, and domain experience.
- Offer & Onboarding: Draft offer letters, negotiate compensation packages, perform background verification, and manage the complete onboarding and document verification process.
- Local Market Sourcing: Leverage deep knowledge of the Jaipur job market (specifically retail and jewellery domain hiring) to attract skilled personnel.
