Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment processes from job posting to offer extension, ensuring timely filling of open positions.
- Responsible for managing the entire human resources department and aligning the workforce strategy with overall business goals
- Ability to take work pressure and complete the project as per client time line.
- Direct and supervise the HR team (including recruiters) to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures to maintain a positive work workplace.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records, attendance tracking, and leave management.
Bachelors or masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
