As a Telecalling Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer/client relationships, resolving issues, understanding customer requirements and ensuring correct product information is communicated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer / client inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone & email
- Resolve customer issues promptly with accurate product information
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and preferences
- Analyze customer data to identify trends,
opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Implement customer retention strategies to increase loyalty and repeat business
- Ensure accurate and timely communication regarding order status, delivery & product info
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in CRM
Requirements / Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 3 Years in Telecalling / Customer Service / Sales
- Robust communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills (English, Hindi & Regional language preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Education: any graduate
