Engineering Recruiter

Experience: 2-5 Years

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Recruiter to handle engineering recruitment requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand engineering JDs and identify suitable candidates.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, notice period, and salary.
- Handle multiple requirements and ensure timely submissions.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates until joining.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Achieve submission and closure targets.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in Engineering / Technical Recruitment.
- Exposure to Mechanical, Automotive, Embedded, Electrical/Electronics, Manufacturing, Aerospace, CAD/CAE or related domains.
- Experience in engineering staffing/recruitment is preferred.

Required Skills: Robust sourcing, screening, communication, follow-up, and candidate management skills.
