- Position: Customer Care Executive

- Salary: Up to 24,000 CTC per month

- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are required

- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions

- Maintain qualified and courteous communication with customers

- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and within defined timelines

- Ensure a positive customer experience

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
