Roles & Responsibilities

- Review and analyze credit balance accounts in US Healthcare.
- Identify the reasons for credit balances, including overpayments, duplicate payments, contractual adjustments, and posting errors.
- Research patient and insurance account histories to determine the appropriate resolution.
- Review EOBs/ERAs and payment information to validate account balances.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve credit balance discrepancies.
- Process refunds or adjustments according to client and company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely resolution of assigned accounts.
- Follow established HIPAA, compliance, and quality standards.
- Meet daily productivity, accuracy, and turnaround-time requirements.




- Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding account discrepancies and resolutions.
- Demonstrate good understanding of US Healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) processes.

Candidate Profile

- 1-4 years of relevant US Healthcare experience.
- Experience in Primary Care, Behavioral Health, or Wellness Visits is preferred.
- Knowledge of Credit Balance / AR processes is highly desirable.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
