Time: 5.00pm to 8.00pm open positions:10

Notice period: Immediate or 15day

Shift time: 6.30pmto 3.30am

Perks: Both side cab

Mode: 5 days work from office

Experience: 1 to 5years

Key Responsibilities

Handle past-due B2B customer accounts and achieve collection targets.

Manage AR aging, DSO, delinquency, and bad debt.

Contact customers through calls and emails for payment follow-ups.

Reconcile high-volume/complex accounts and invoices.

Resolve payment issues and escalate concerns to management/branches.

Coordinate with Customer Operations & Cash Application teams.





Manage customer invoice portals and submit electronic invoices.

Maintain high customer service and respond with urgency

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.

15 years of B2B/US/commercial collections experience.

Strong English communication and negotiation skills.

Good attention to detail and ability to work independently.
