Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage admission and billing processes for patients, ensuring accurate and timely processing of claims.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to patient care.
- Process TPA (Third Party Administrator) billing claims in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including patient demographics, medical history, and insurance information.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients by responding promptly to their queries and concerns.
