Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to insurance companies regarding outstanding medical claims.
- Follow up on unpaid, denied, or underpaid claims.
- Verify claim status and obtain payment updates from insurance representatives.
- Document call outcomes accurately in the system.
- Identify and escalate unresolved claims to the appropriate team.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and client information.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare industry standards..
