About the Role We are seeking an experienced VP – IT & Security to lead enterprise IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, IT operations, technology governance, and enterprise AI, data, and SaaS security governance.

This role will provide strategic leadership across the Infrastructure and Cybersecurity functions, ensuring clear accountability, strong collaboration, effective risk management, timely execution, and secure adoption of enterprise technology.

Requirements

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- 12 years of progressive IT experience, including significant leadership responsibility.
- Solid experience leading enterprise IT infrastructure and operations.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity and information security.
- Experience managing senior Infrastructure and/or Security professionals.




- Experience with IT service management and ticketing environments.
- Experience with IT asset management and lifecycle management.
- Experience managing IT procurement, vendors, contracts, and technology budgets.
- Strong experience with IT governance, risk, compliance, and audits.
- Experience with business continuity and disaster recovery.
- Experience managing technology projects and transformation initiatives.
- Strong working knowledge of: Network architecture and security, Cloud infrastructure, Servers and virtualization, Endpoint management, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Microsoft and/or Google enterprise environments, VPN and remote access, Backup and disaster recovery, Endpoint security, Vulnerability management, Security monitoring, IT service management, IT asset management, IT procurement and licensing, Cybersecurity frameworks and controls, Enterprise AI security, SaaS security, Data protection and DLP, Shadow IT/AI, Third-party technology risk.
