- Manage engineering budgets, vendor relationships, and technical debt priorities.

The Successful Applicant

- 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 3-5+ years in senior engineering leadership roles such as Head of Engineering, Director Engineering, or VP Engineering.

- Proven experience building and scaling AI/ML-powered products with expertise in LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG systems, and model fine-tuning workflows.

- Track record of leading engineering teams within high-growth startups or rapidly scaling technology businesses. dge of cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure), microservices, DevOps, and modern software engineering practices.

- Strong product mindset with the ability to balance technical excellence and user experience.
