Graduate Freshers are eligible

HSC candidates with 6 months of relevant experience

Valuable verbal and written communication skills

Comfortable working in a 24/7 voice process

Willing to work in day/night and rotational shifts

Candidates should be comfortable working from the Airoli office

? Key Responsibilities

Handle customer interactions through voice calls





Understand and resolve customer queries professionally

Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions

Maintain a high level of customer service

Follow defined processes, policies and quality standards

Document customer interactions accurately

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required
