Role Description The Voice and Accent Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. The trainer will design and deliver voice and accent training programs for healthcare and support professionals, focusing on clarity of speech, neutral accent, pronunciation, and effective communication in English. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting individual and group training sessions, assessing trainees’ current skill levels, creating lesson plans and exercises, and providing regular feedback and progress reports.

The trainer will collaborate with operations and quality teams to align training content with business requirements, update training materials, and support new-hire onboarding and refresher programs. The role also involves tracking training outcomes,



recommending improvements, and maintaining a professional and engaging learning environment.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Music Theory to support understanding of pitch, rhythm, and vocal modulation.
- Demonstrated experience in Vocal Coaching and Vocal Instruction for individuals or groups.
- Ability to conduct structured Voice Lessons focused on accent neutralization and speech clarity.
- Background in Music Education or related training methodologies that enhance vocal and communication skills.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, with a neutral or globally understandable accent.
- Prior experience as a voice and accent trainer, language trainer, or communication coach, preferably in a corporate or healthcare BPO setting.
- Solid presentation, facilitation, and classroom management skills, with the ability to engage diverse learner groups.
- Capability to develop training content, assessments, and feedback mechanisms; proficiency in basic office and presentation software.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; certifications in voice, accent, communication, or language training are an advantage.

- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, manage multiple training batches, and meet defined timelines and performance goals.
