Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced VMware & Horizon Specialist to join our Managed Services team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in VMware infrastructure, Horizon VDI, virtualization, networking, storage, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

- Administer and support VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter environments
- Manage and troubleshoot VMware Horizon VDI environments
- Work with Horizon Connection Server and Unified Access Gateway (UAG)
- Manage VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) and SDDC Manager
- Troubleshoot NSX-T and perform root cause analysis
- Manage vSAN OSA and ESA environments
- Perform vCenter and ESXi upgrades and troubleshooting
- Manage HA, DRS, and VMware clusters
- Troubleshoot VMware networking and storage
- Use PowerCLI and scripting for automation and administration
- Manage Horizon Instant Clones, RDS, and Desktop/Application Pools
- Work with App Volumes,



DEM, and Writable Volumes
- Troubleshoot BLAST and PCoIP protocols
- Prepare and maintain Windows/Linux Golden Images
- Perform performance monitoring, log analysis, and RCA
- Positive understanding of DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
- 6 years of relevant experience in VMware/Horizon administration
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a 24/7 support environment

Preferred Certifications
- VMware VCP
- RHCSA
- CCNA
- ITIL
