Job Responsibilities:

- Operate VMC machine for 2D & 3D machining work as per approved program.

- Handle Mitsubishi and Mazak controllers efficiently.

- Perform boring operations within specified tolerance as per program.

- Ensure accurate machining of mould components for Caps & Closures.

- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, Dial Indicator, etc.

- Knowledge of Boring Bar usage and setup.

- Read and understand engineering drawings clearly before machining.

- Maintain required tolerance and surface finish standards.

- Follow production schedule and complete jobs within timeline.

- Maintain machine cleanliness and basic preventive maintenance.

- Required Skills:

- Solid knowledge of VMC operations.

- Good understanding of 2D & 3D machining.

- Ability to read technical drawings independently.

- Knowledge of mould components for Caps & Closures preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
