About the role

We're hiring a Visual Designer to own how Nubra looks and feels, across the product, the brand and every marketing touchpoint. You'll turn dense financial information into visuals that are clear, fast to read and trustworthy. You'll work closely with product, engineering and marketing, and your work will reach thousands of active traders every day.

What you'll do

- Own and evolve Nubra's visual identity: logo usage, colour, typography, iconography and illustration style.
- Design marketing assets for social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, X), campaigns, ads, emails, push notifications and in-app banners.
- Design landing pages, website sections and feature launch creatives in partnership with marketing.
- Create clear visuals for complex trading concepts, such as options strategies, Greeks, payoff diagrams and market data, for education and explainer content.
- Support the product team with UI visual polish, icon sets, empty states, onboarding screens and data-visualisation styling for charts and dashboards.
- Produce pitch decks, event collateral and investor or partner presentations.
- Create motion assets,



such as short animations, GIFs and reels, when a static visual isn't enough.
- Take feedback from stakeholders, iterate quickly and manage several requests at once without dropping quality.

What we're looking for

- 1–3 years of experience in visual, graphic or brand design, ideally at a fintech, consumer tech or product company.
- A strong portfolio showing brand, digital marketing and product-adjacent work.
- Excellent command of typography, layout, colour and visual hierarchy, especially for information-dense screens.
- Advanced skills in Figma, plus Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Working knowledge of motion tools such as After Effects, Lottie or Jitter.
- Comfort designing for mobile and web, with an understanding of responsive layouts and design systems.
- Clear communication: you can explain your design choices and take critique well.
- A degree or diploma in design, fine arts or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

- Interest in stock markets, options or trading, or experience designing for finance products.
- Experience with data visualisation, such as charts, tables and dashboards.
- Basic understanding of UX principles and usability testing.
- Familiarity with 3D tools or AI-assisted design workflows.
