Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and industry-oriented lectures for MBA/MMS students.
- Prepare PPTs, case studies, assignments, assessments and course material.
- Use practical examples, current industry trends and real-world business cases.
- Conduct tests, presentations, viva and project evaluations.
- Mentor students for academic, research, internship and industry projects.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, FDPs and departmental activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA / MMS / PGDM or relevant postgraduate qualification in the respective specialization.
- Prior MBA/MMS teaching experience preferred.
- Relevant corporate/industry experience will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation and classroom management skills.
- Strong subject knowledge with a practical and student-focused teaching approach.
