Role Description The Visa Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for managing end-to-end visa processing for individual and group travelers. Daily tasks include advising clients on visa requirements, documentation, and application procedures for multiple countries, as well as reviewing forms and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance. The role involves coordinating with embassies, consulates, and external agencies, tracking application statuses, and updating clients proactively.

Officer will handle immigration-related queries, resolve issues, and provide clear, courteous customer service throughout the visa process. This position also requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changing visa and immigration regulations, keeping internal records organized, and collaborating with travel consultants to support seamless trip planning.

Qualifications

- Solid knowledge of visas and immigration issues, including documentation requirements and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to support diverse clients with empathy and professionalism.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for explaining processes, preparing documentation, and liaising with authorities.
- Ability to work with attention to detail, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and meet strict deadlines.
- Previous experience in visa processing, travel services, or immigration consulting is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with office productivity tools and basic data entry or case management systems.
- Diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Capacity to work on-site in Mumbai and collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
