We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Visa Counselor to guide clients through the visa application and immigration process. The candidate will assess client profiles, recommend suitable visa options, explain requirements, prepare documentation, and provide support throughout the application process.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel clients regarding study, work, tourist, business, and other visa options.
- Assess applicants’ profiles and eligibility based on their goals and circumstances.
- Explain visa requirements, procedures, timelines, and applicable fees.
- Review and verify application forms and supporting documents.
- Assist clients in preparing accurate and complete visa applications.
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates,
educational institutions, and relevant authorities when required.
- Track application status and keep clients informed of updates.
- Prepare clients for visa interviews and provide guidance on interview procedures.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up on pending applications.
- Stay updated on changes in immigration laws, visa policies, and documentation requirements.
Pay: From ₹14,000.00 per month
