Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage a team of insurance sales professionals to achieve monthly targets and grow the business.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue growth in the assigned territory.

- Provide guidance on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service standards to ensure high-quality sales performance.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.

Job Requirements :

- 3-6 years of experience in general insurance sales or related field (e.g., credit card sales).

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy implementation.

- Solid understanding of insurance products (life insurance) as well as CASA (Current Account Savings Account) offerings.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers.
