Key Responsibilities
Job Profile
- Robotics Simulation, OLP, Cycle Time Validation, Line Simulation.
- Simulate production processes to identify and resolve issues early.
- Validate equipment functionality, cycle times, and process logic.
- Develop and maintain virtual models (Digital Twins) of manufacturing systems.
- Perform virtual commissioning of PLC, robot, and automation programs.
- Integrate PLCs, HMIs, robots, conveyors, and other automation systems in simulation environments.
- Conduct offline programming and testing of robots and control systems.
- Support commissioning and startup activities at customer sites.
- Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, controls, and manufacturing engineering teams.
- Prepare technical reports, validation documents, and commissioning records.
- Ensure compliance with customer, quality, and safety standards
