Role Description The Videographer role at The Otieno Media is a full-time, hybrid position based in the Pune Division, with some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, the Videographer will plan, shoot, and produce video content for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and brand storytelling. Daily responsibilities include operating cameras, setting up lighting and audio, capturing high-quality footage, and collaborating with the creative and marketing teams on concepts and scripts.

The Videographer will edit and finalize videos, maintain organized media files, and ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and project timelines.



The role may also involve occasional on-site client shoots and coordination with designers, copywriters, and digital marketers to optimize video assets for different platforms.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Shooting Video for a range of marketing and branding projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Camera Operation and Camera handling, including setup, framing, and basic maintenance.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lighting, including setting up and adjusting lighting for indoor and outdoor video shoots.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools) and basic audio editing.
- Strong visual storytelling abilities, attention to detail, and an understanding of digital and social media formats.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Relevant experience as a Videographer or in a similar role; a portfolio or showreel showcasing previous work is highly desirable.
- Formal education in film, media, communications, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory; equivalent practical experience is valued.
