The Rightway Communication (TRC) is a creative content agency working with real estate, interior and lifestyle brands. We’re looking for a full-time Videographer who understands the fundamentals of shooting and is genuinely interested in growing as a visual storyteller.

What you’ll be doing

- Shoot reels, property walkthroughs, brand videos and social media content.
- Operate cameras and basic shooting equipment confidently.
- Plan and execute shots based on composition, angles and camera movement.
- Capture cinematic B-roll that supports the story and purpose of each video.
- Work closely with the creative team to bring concepts to life.
- Participate in real client shoots across Ahmedabad.
- Continuously improve your cinematography and visual storytelling skills.

What we’re looking for

- Basic understanding of camera settings and operation.
- Good understanding of composition, framing,



angles and camera movement.
- Basic knowledge of storytelling and cinematography.
- A good visual eye and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn, experiment and improve.
- Ability to work on-location and handle a fast-paced shoot setting.
- A portfolio/reel showcasing your work is preferred.

Role: Full-Time Videographer

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat — On-site

Experience: Freshers with strong fundamentals are welcome; relevant experience is a plus.

Salary: Based on experience and skill level.
